What data we process
The PDFs you send us for processing and the contact details you use to write to us. Please leave personal data out of the documents when it is not needed.
Why
Only to make your documents accessible, deliver them with their report and talk to you about the job.
Processors
We process documents with Adobe (Adobe PDF Services API, automatic tagging) and Anthropic (Claude API, suggested alternative text). Only if the client agrees, page images and excerpts reviewed by a person go through Telegram (our team's review tool). They receive the content only to provide that service.
Transfers outside the EEA
Adobe: the service is provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, which may transfer data to Adobe Inc. (USA); Adobe states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and its EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification (adobe.com/privacy/eudatatransfers). On our current plan the API processes documents in the USA (default region; the EU region is available only on paid plans: Adobe documentation). Anthropic: in the EU the service is provided by Anthropic Ireland Limited; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses (modules 2 and 3) (anthropic.com/legal/data-processing-addendum); API inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days, with exceptions (privacy center). Telegram (only with the client's consent): Telegram Messenger Inc. processes data as an independent controller; data of EEA users is stored in data centers in the Netherlands; its EU representative is EDPO (Brussels) (telegram.org/privacy). We have not found a Telegram data processing agreement for bots.
How long
We keep the original and the fixed version for 30 days after we deliver it to your folder; then they are deleted from our systems automatically (including the cached tagging copy). The shared folder is yours: we do not delete what is in it.
